This home was on the market for 6 months and did not sell. I talked the owners into removing the popcorn ceiling which were in poor condition and pain the entire inside a neutral color( Almost every wall was a different color). I put it "Coming Soon" on the MLS while the work was being done and had 7 showings lined up for the day after completion and the first couple that walked through the door put it immediately under contract!
