ANOTHER HOBE SOUND HOME SOLD AND CLOSED
Sometimes it takes strategy and patience to get a home sold. These sellers tried to sell this home last year but could not get the price they wanted, so they decided to rent the home for a year and try it again this year, and I'm happy to say not only did they receive a very good positive cash flow for 12 months, but just sold and closed for $20,000 more than they wanted just a year ago and couldn't get.
