ANOTHER PORT ST LUCIE HOME SOLD & CLOSE

Well, this one is definitely one for the record books! Had to jump many hurdles to get this one to the closing table, including maneuvering through 2 prior deals falling apart prior to this cash buyer finally closing on the deal! They say "What doesn't kill us makes us stronger" so at this point I feel like Hercules now that is behind me. I look forward to the promised "Happy Hour" soon to celebrate! lol
