Listed by a previous agent for months with no offers. We advised the seller to paint the interior, and give the unit a deep cleaning and it went under contract over a weekend! Proof that not all Realtors are created equal. Being able to have that tough but truthful conversation with your clients is not always easy but necessary at times.
