Emerald Lakes Stuart Mansard Update

Emerald Lakes Stuart Florida Mansard Project to start in the next 30 days. I spoke with Property Manager Brenda Dehart and she advised me that the contractor is expected to start the project in 30 days. She advised me the Emerald Lakes Townhomes project will start in Court 7 since those units have the most damage and then move to Court 8 which has a lot of damage also. Emerald Lakes Residents are very excited and eager to get this project started. Its been a long time in the making but the time is finally right around the corner.
