Emerald Lakes Townhomes Mansard Project Update: 

I spoke to Brenda Dehart, our Emerald Lakes Townhomes Property manager and she advised that all the Mansard Materials have been ordered and the permits have been submitted. She further explained that they did will not have a start date until Martin County Building Department approves the permits. We are very excited to see this project start! Our cedar mansards are in terrible condition. This will be a much needed facelift for the Emerlad Lakes Community.
