Emerald Lakes Townhomes Stuart Fl Mansard Project

Emerald Lakes Townhomes Stuart Florida has officially started the metal mansard installation. Equipment and dumpsters have been placed in the Court 8 about a week ago, and today workers have started with the first building. So exciting to see this project finally in the installation phase. With 100 building totaling 400 units, the project is expected to take 1 year to complete. Court 8 was selected as the starting point due to several building were in violation of code enforcement mansard issues since the last storm. This is VERY exciting for the residents as this project was not an easy one to accomplish.
